Occupational Therapy
Supporting everyday independence, wellbeing, and confidence At Grow Allied Health, our occupational therapists work alongside children, young people, and adults to help them do more of what matters most. Whether it’s getting dressed, joining in at school, managing emotions, building routines, or simply feeling more capable in everyday life, we’re here to help make things easier. We take a supportive, strengths-based approach that centres the person, their goals, and their unique way of doing things. Sessions are guided by what’s important to you, not just what’s on a checklist.
