Counselling
Support that’s safe, respectful, and centred around what matters to you Our counselling service is here for children and teens who want a space to feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationships, identity, or just feeling stuck, we offer compassionate, down-to-earth support that meets you where you're at. At Grow Allied Health, we believe therapy should feel gentle, real, and free from pressure. We don’t rush to fix or force change. Instead, we work alongside you to help make sense of things, build coping strategies, and find more ease in everyday life.

Our approach
We believe that counselling should be flexible, kind, and free from judgement. Our sessions are guided by your pace and your preferences.
We:
-
Use evidence-based approaches, always adapted to the individual
-
Offer a mix of talk therapy, creative strategies, and body-based tools
-
Centre your safety, comfort, and agency in every session
-
Work in ways that are neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally aware
-
Understand that some of the most powerful moments in therapy don’t need words at all
