Allied Health Assistance
Practical therapy support, led by your goals and guided by your therapist Our Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) work under the guidance of our occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and counsellors to provide regular, hands-on support that helps people build their skills and confidence in real-world settings. AHA sessions are a cost-effective way to get more consistent support, with activities that are fun, goal-oriented, and tailored to the person. Every AHA session is planned and overseen by a qualified therapist, so you can feel confident that the work being done is meaningful, safe, and evidence-informed.

How it works
All AHA sessions are:

Planned and reviewed by your lead therapist
-
Linked clearly to your goals and therapy plan
-
Adapted over time as your needs or progress change
-
Delivered by kind, trained team members who care deeply about the people they support
-
Focused on building real-life skills, not just ticking boxes
We’ll never offer AHA support unless we know it will be a good fit. Every plan is created with you, not just for you.
